چکیده :

امروزه شاخص های مدیریت توسعه پایدار منطبق با شکوفایی مناطق پیرامون کلانشهری از اهمیت ویژه ای برخوردار است که ضرورت شکوفایی شهری در راستای توسعه پایدار را تبیین کرده است. پارادایم پژوهش، پارادایمی ترکیبی و روش پژوهش مبتنی بر روش های «کمی و کیفی» بوده است. جهت یافتن روابط متغیرها، برای تجزیه ‌و تحلیل اطلاعات پرسشنامه‌ها، از فن آماری SPSS21 و Smart-PLS استفاده ‌شده است. 376 پرسشنامه در ارتباط با مولفه های مدیریت توسعه پایدار شهری در شهرهای در حال شکوفایی پیرامون کلانشهرها تحلیل و بررسی شده است. یافته های تحقیق نشان می دهد که در نهایت باید تاکید کرد که پیوند همه جانبه مفاهیم مدیریت توسعه پایدار شهری و شکوفایی شهری یک فرآیند فعال اکتشافی است که از طریق فرآیند مدیریت هوشمند، و حکمروایی و قانون گذاری در زمینه زیر ساخت های کالبدی- فضایی و زیرساخت های کیفیت زندگی، عدالت و برابری و درنهایت شکوفایی شهری حاصل می شود. نتایج تحلیل‌ها نمایانگر آن است که مولفه های اثرگذار بر مدیریت توسعه پایدار شهری شهر درحال شکوفایی لواسان را می-توان در ابعادکالبدی-فضایی، کیفیت زندگی، مدیریت هوشمند، عدالت و برابری و حکمروایی و قانونگذاری بهینه بررسی کرد. همچنین نتایج پژوهش نمایانگر آن است که عامل کالبدی –فضایی مهمترین معیار اثرگذار در این زمینه می باشد.

چکیده انگلیسی :

Today, sustainable development management indicators corresponding to the prosperity of the metropolitan areas are of special importance, which has explained the necessity of urban prosperity in line with sustainable development. The research paradigm is a combined paradigm and the research method is based on "quantitative and qualitative" methods. In order to find the relationships between the variables, SPSS21 and Smart-PLS statistical techniques have been used to analyze the information of the questionnaires. 376 questionnaires related to the components of sustainable urban development management in flourishing cities around metropolises have been analyzed and reviewed. The findings of the research show that finally it should be emphasized that the all-round connection of the concepts of sustainable urban development management and urban prosperity is an active exploratory process through the process of smart management, and governance and legislation in the field of infrastructures. Physical-spatial and infrastructure quality of life, justice and equality and finally urban prosperity is achieved. The results of the analyzes show that the factors affecting the management of sustainable urban development in the flourishing city of Lavasan can be examined in physical-spatial dimensions, quality of life, intelligent management, justice and equality, governance and optimal legislation. Also, the research results show that the physical-spatial factor is the most important effective criterion in this field.
